A month is only 30 days, but there are some months that seem to take ages to pass by, right? That means lots of time to make a big difference.

If you’d like to get clearer on your goals and see how you can start to introduce mindfulness to your life in a meaningful way, this mindful month is for you. It will inspire you to make small changes to your inner world that start to show up in your outer world. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, would like to change your eating habits or want to find more balance, I can support you with tools to help overcome your challenge straight away & start on the path to reaching your goal.

 

This 30-day program is a perfect way to begin your mind-body-wellness adventure. 

During this program we’ll work together through the 4 steps of Mindfully, Vicki, with my customised support.

This program includes:

-       Four 60-minute personal coaching sessions (get to the root of your challenge, work on your mindset, reach your goal and make lifelong changes)

-       Assigned book reading and discussion

-       Getting to grips with mindfulness techniques (Meditation, Visualisation, Journaling) 

-       The Mindfully, Vicki Essentials Starter Kit, Healthy Eating Guide, Body Blueprint, Mindset Manual, Lifestyle Blueprint

-       Plus tons of Get into Action exercises to keep you on track!

-       Option to extend for another month for £300
