The power hour we all need right now. If you’re feeling like your health & wellbeing need a real boost, this hour will give you a chance to slow down while I give you some small and impactful tools to bring more mindfulness to your lifestyle, helping you to feel less stressed, more energetic and more productive. You’ll feel calm, centred and more prepared to handle any challenge that might come your way in these unpredictable times.

Usually £95, I’m happily offering these sessions at a reduced rate during Covid times for £45.

What we’ll be doing:

  • Uncovering your current challenges, whether with lifestyle, mindset, busy-ness, energy levels - whatever is coming up for you - so that we can tailor some solutions for your specific challenge

  • Learning about mindfulness, self-care, nutrition and lifestyle knowledge that will help you on the path to feeling better

  • Tools that you can apply to your life straight away so you start to find balance again

  • A nourishing mind and body meditation so that you leave feeling energised, optimistic, centred and, well…mindful!
